Returns

1. Custom and Bespoke Orders: Since our products are custom-made to fit your unique specifications, returns on bespoke furniture are generally not accepted unless there is a defect or damage attributable to us.
    
2. Ready-Made Products: For ready-made items, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are free.
    
3. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, pending inspection.

Refunds

1. Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for items eligible for return (see criteria above).
    
2. Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-10 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item.
    
3. Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

Note: Clearance or sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Domestic Shipping

1. Delivery Area: We deliver throughout South Africa, with shipping costs calculated based on the size and weight of your order and your location.
    
2. Delivery Time: Custom orders typically take 2-3 weeks to complete. Once completed, we will arrange delivery, which may take an additional 3-10 business days depending on your location.
    
3. Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are added to the final invoice and vary based on distance, item size, and required handling.

International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. If you are outside South Africa and would like to purchase a piece, please reach out to discuss potential arrangements.
